1. Browser dialog
Basic Auth before the page loads. Username usually kissa. Reset: kissa-ai set-htpasswd.
2. App login
Email field. Username kissa never works here. Reset: kissa-ai set-password you@company.com.
Two different passwords. Changing both quickly is a reliable way to lock yourself out.
