Request data deletion
If you messaged a business on Instagram and their replies ran through KISSA_AI, we store your message content, timestamps and Instagram identifiers. You can request deletion at any time — free of charge, no reason required.
Option 1: Via Instagram (fastest)
- Open Instagram settings.
- Go to Apps and websites.
- Remove access for KISSA_AI.
Instagram notifies us automatically. Deletion starts and you receive a confirmation code with a status URL.
Option 2: Contact us
Email datenschutz@kitech.ai with your Instagram username and the business you contacted. We respond within 30 days.
We do not ask for ID documents. We can only match a platform identifier.
What is deleted
Conversations, messages and raw platform events tied to you.
What remains
The deletion record (date and counts, no content) and commercial records subject to retention law.
